Every class is built on sound exercise science and delivered with Suz's 15+ years of hands-on instructing experience. From Strength and HIIT to Stretch & Stability — classes are small, personal and effective. You'll leave every session stronger, more capable and more resilient than when you arrived.

Mind

Staying fit and healthy is an essential part of life — and exercise boosts mental and emotional well-being just as much as physical fitness. Suz weaves intentional breathing and present-moment awareness into every session. The result isn't just a better workout — it's a calmer, more grounded version of you.

Spirit

Move with Suz is a community of like-minded individuals committed to improving themselves together. Classes are small and intimate — membership is limited so every person gets real attention and genuine connection. Here, spirit means the energy you bring and the confidence you take home.

Meet Suz.

Staying fit and healthy is an essential part of my life. Exercise not only helps me stay physically strong — it boosts my mental and emotional well-being too. That belief is at the heart of everything I do, and it's what I want to share with every woman who walks through my door, or presses play on her phone.

Move with Suz is a community of like-minded people committed to improving themselves mentally, physically and spiritually. My classes are small and intimate — I keep membership limited so every person gets real attention within the group setting. That's how confidence is built. That's how real change happens.

There will be sweat. There might even be a few tears. But there will be results — and I'll be with you every single step of the way.
